San Francisco
Complete structural engineering services for the 40,000 sq. ft. educational facility with class rooms, offices and libraries, etc.
Located at Broderick & California in San Francisco, this award-winning facility houses Drew’s student body of 250 ninth through twelfth graders. Here, students undergo rigorous co-curricular & experimental learning to prepare themselves for eventual 4-year college attendance, exceeding UC requirements.
This new facility is a 3-story building over a 1-story parking garage. To meet the architectural, functional, and cost constraints of the project, the structural system for the building consists of wood framing, structural steel, and concrete.
