- Excellence in Structural Engineering Award from Structural Engineers Association of Northern California for the seismic strengthening of the Asian Art Museum, San Francisco.
- Award of Merit from American Public Works Association for seismic strengthening of the San Jose Police Administration Building.
- Engineering Award of Excellence from American Institute of Steel Construction for the New International Terminal, San Francisco International Airport.
- Excellence in Structural Engineering Award from Structural Engineers Association of California for the New International Terminal, San Francisco International Airport.
- National Preservation Award from National Trust for Historic Preservation Seismic upgrade of the historic San Francisco City Hall.
- Award for Structural Engineering from American Concrete Institute for City Center Parking Garage, Oakland.
- Excellence in Structural Engineering Award from Structural Engineers Association of California for the New San Francisco Main Library.
- Presidential Design Award from National Endowment for the Arts for seismic upgrade of Spreckels Temple of Music, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.
